The discovery call is a free consultation designed to help clients explore the salusTrak programme and assess their wellness goals. The advice provided is for general wellness purposes only.

salusTrak and its representatives are not licensed clinicians, medical professionals, or nutritionists. Clients are encouraged to seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider for medical conditions or concerns.

     3.   Confidentiality:

All discussions during the discovery call are confidential and will not be shared without prior consent, except as required by law.

     4.   Cancellation Policy:

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.

     5.   Client Responsibility:

Clients are responsible for implementing any suggestions discussed during the call. salusTrak does not guarantee specific outcomes or results.
